Overall, the studio is excellent. The location is ideal—just a few steps from the tram, very close to the beach, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bakeries. It's situated in a secure residential complex, accessible via a key chip and password, which adds an extra layer of safety. The studio itself is spacious and beautifully lit, with large windows that can be closed automatically—a nice touch. It’s well-equipped for a long stay, featuring a microwave, coffee machine, kitchenette, small fridge, and even a balcony to enjoy.

The host is very friendly, even though my bus arrived late to Nice, he still met me below the apartment and gave me the keys. The room is very well organized, has a very small balcony but good to dry your clothes and towels. The building is directly above the Tram Line (Carras) and very easy to go into town or outside of Nice - very easy to come and go back to the airport as well. The host also took my care of luggage after my check out - he was very smooth and friendly.

Very good location, 50 meters to the metro and close to the beach. The room had a small kitchen and a balcony. Perfect stay and I got a good price as I booked in the last minute during low season.
