Location was great, nearby restaurant and train station. Walking distance to city center. The host are friendly and communicative. Inside apartment they have all facilities : kitchen, living room, TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, Washing machine but not dryer.

Spacious well equipped apartment close to the Nice railway station. Friendly and attentive staff. Everything worked as agreed and they answered inquiries quickly. Supermarket, parking and restaurants all are close by and it’s a 20 min walk or a few stops by tram to the centre of Nice.

Well equipped kitchen. plenty of bedding and towels. comfortable lounge. The small balcony in the double room was delightful to sit and have a morning coffee in the sunshine. So handy for the station and access to shops and restaurants nearby.
