The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. Please note that a baby cot can be provided upon request, but guests must bring their own cot linen. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 19:45, payable upon arrival.Arrivals are not possible after 00:00. If exceptions would be made, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. If security deposit is paid with cash, a surcharge of EUR 30 applies for departures before 08:15, payable upon arrival and check-out would not be possible before 06:00. Please note that guests under 18 years old are only accommodated if accompanied by their legal guardian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Kitchen and Living room separate so can close doors. Silent as windows to inner court. Spacious stairs to 4th floor

All the facilities were modern, clean and the apartment was in a perfect location. Walking to the beach, train station and restaurants.

Excellent location, right next to the main boardwalk and about five-minute walk to the beach. The place was very spacious and fit 5 people comfortably. All the beds were very comfortable, and we had a large kitchen area. Getting into the building was also very simple using the building code. I would stay here again.
