Wonderful location. Wonderful Hosts. Great view situated away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to walk close to tram and bus very easy to use , close to bakery butcher supermarkets and restraints, One of the nicest appartments with everything you need became like home ,was sorry to leave after 6 days. Would definitely stay again when in Nice Philippe and Julie

Very silent, quiet place. Welcoming and warm owner of the Maison de Lulu. The apartments are uphill, so especially nice view from a terrace-very nice place to have breakfast or late dinner.

The views are spectacular. Great shower room. Plenty of comfy seating. Outside terrasse. Good sized fridge/freezer. Lovely tiled floor (remember to take slippers in cold weather). LBus stop close by.. Friendly, welcoming host.
