Mona and Nassim are fantastic! Very clear early communication on how to access the property, via Booking.com and WhatsApp. The apartment was a great size and very well equipped with a kitchen, good size bathroom including a washing machine and dishwasher. Artfully decorated, comfortable bed and couch. Access to Netflix on TV if local options are not to your liking. The location is superb, right in the heart of Rue Massena but the bedroom is rear facing so it's not noisey at all. The apartment is also air-conditioned which was great during the summer heat!!

The location is perfect—right in the city and close to the beach. Although it's situated above a busy street, we never heard any noise during our stay. Additionally, the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer days.

Location was fantastic, washing machine a bonus and a lovely little apartment in the heart of Nice. Even though it’s in a busy area never had any issues with noise.

Location of the property was perfect. Apartment was a good size, but the bed was a bit small for two people. Good value for money!
