Location and air conditioning especially in a heatwave. They’re also very responsive.

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Windows were big and opened up for fresh air and ventilation, though aircon was also nice. Breakfast had a decent and quality spread that was easy to arrange even without prebooking. Staff at 24/7 reception were wonderful and allowed for baggage hold.

Room was a good size and bathroom excellent, particularly the shower. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Very good location and easy to walk to Old Town or Promenade Des Anglais. Also ideal location to catch tram to and from airport.
