Friendly staff - ALWAYS smiled and greeted and happy to help, no matter who was at reception Location -close to shopping , easy to get to train/tram Coffee/tea facilities and aircon in room - also had french doors to the street but would have been too noisy at times offer to have breakfast which looked nice - always got up too late free water with lemon or orange slices at reception

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to trams, buses and a train station, just a few minutes walk. The room was quite small but very clean. Breakfast was good, and in case you miss breakfast, there is always free coffee.
