Location - excellent. 8 min walk to the beachfront Room - room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hot water was an issue and there needs to be a curtain on the bathroom window No breakfast provided

Perfect location — just a few steps from the sea! The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking: the sea, the sun, and Nice at your feet. I'm very happy with my choice of hotel!

Very close to the beach and next to the central fountain. Although, the area is very busy, we could not hear the noise from outside. This is a hidden gem in Nice!
