Great location. Not too noisy (you hear the tram - tram stop is very close). Great view. Close to restaurants and the beach. Kitchen equipped enough to cook at home if needed.

Location was great with easy access straight into the Old town. Views across the park to hills was amazing. A big plus was it was air-conditioned, given the temp was in the high 20's all week it was needed. A short 10min stroll and you were at the beach, supermarkets and loads of restaurants, cafes, eateries nearby, tram station is right outside also. A fantastic base for exploring Nice and the surrounds.
