Superb location!!! And this is true. So far we've lived in a few locations in Nice and that's the best! Rue de France is the heart of downtown Nice. We were surprised how much is accessible in a few steps' distance. Restaurants, bakeries, groceries... and the Promenade... Whatever you like. The appartment is clean, well prepared, perfectly suitable for two, however, it could probably accomodate three of close friends. The owner cares about cleandliness, that's why, you'll find all the accessories in this respect. Proximity to the Bay of Angels will reward you the effort of getting here.

The location was great and easy to walk to everything in Nice. Easy walk to train station (about 15mins normal walking), and a little shorter walk to the trams for the airport. Lots of kitchen utensils, extras such as coffee pods, washing up liquid and body wash provided. Washing machine with instructions if needed. Key was located in the next street but easy to locate with very clear instructions. Communication was prompt and very helpful would recommend staying.
