Very nice place, perfectly situated right in down town, 7 minutes walk from the sea side (Promenade des Anglais), 15 minutes walk from the main train station, 5 minutes walk to the next tramway station (Jean Médecin). The view from the windows was great, with a lot of palm trees and the cute American Church as background. Looked a bit like a Matisse painting. The service was also very kind and fast available.
