From its 1st-floor balcony, this flat offers a perfect view of the Baie des Anges, making your morning coffee or afternoon drink an absolute delight. It is fully equipped for your stay and spotlessly clean – it genuinely looks even better in person than in the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise! For a quick swim, simply cross the street to enjoy the typical Niçois pebble beaches or rent a transat at the new 'Les Canailles' beach, complete with its own bar and restaurant. The flat is conveniently located right at Fabron station, perfectly situated between the two main train stations (Thiers & Augustins). The blue and green tram lines run directly between the airport and the city centre from here. A picturesque 30-minute walk to the city centre via the Promenade des Anglais is perfect for those who enjoy long strolls overlooking the azure water and stunning city views. Being outside the main tourist area, you'll experience Nice like a local. Groceries, gelato, a coffee shop, and a boulangerie are all right on your doorstep, free from tourist queues or inflated prices – perfect before exploring the town or taking the train to nearby gems like Grasse, Eze, Monaco, Antibes, and Cannes.

Had the best time! Apartment was in a brilliant location, slightly out but not to far, tram stop is literally on the street behind and we used pony bikes to get around, which was really fun.. Apartment was brilliant, clean and had everything we needed, the balcony and view makes it, we spent most nights with a bottle of wine sitting out, a lovely place would highly recommend.

Excellent location.check in/checkout was quick.Apartment had everything we needed.wifi was good. Lift is available. Extendable sofa can be used as bed for two Kids. Host was very helpful and punctual.A bit noisy at night due close proximity to the main road..overall we had a pleasant stay.
