Great central location, within an easy walk of most places. The apartment is on the 4th floor but there’s an old style cage lift so that’s not a concern.

Excellent location with tram stop right outside the door. Comfortable, well equipped unit. Very quiet apartment. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, small but well equipped apartment which we found to be great for two people over a short break. The procedure to collect keys was very clear and easy with excellent instructions. Thereafter the owners rep (Julien) was easy to contact for guidance etc. (We had to report finding a damaged window blind but that was a very minor issue for us and did not affect our stay). The building is old but very secure and we found it to be a great base to explore central Nice and the Old Town which was just a short walk away

Location is perfect. New windows really blocks the sounds from outside. Very well equipped kitchen corner. The host was very responsive, not saying that he was able to help in anything, but responsive.
