The apartment is superbly located within walking distance of the old town, the station and everything that you need in Nice. Free car parking nearby was essential. Communication with the host, before, during and afterwards was extremely helpful and friendly.

I liked the fact that the renter was always contactable... even with advice on where to shop for a travel plug as I needed one. I like the fact that we were able to do a very early check-in as it was a cold day in Nice, and the renter contacted me offering an early check-in. That felt good.

+ parking in the shopping center located very close to the apartament, included in the price + comfortable bathroom + clean apartment + comfortable double bed in bedroom + good location in closed area, nobody can enter, you can feel safe + quiet location + very good communication with host
