We loved the view, was a little bit down from the action and quite away where we had to pick up keys. Very uncomfortable pillows although the bed was comfy.

Excellent location. Good instructions on picking up the keys. Great facilities in the kitchen. Can't ask for much more in Nice, it's a beach front location with full self catering facilities at a great price. Everything was nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone.

The studio have a beautiful view for the Mediterranean and a nice balcony to relax with a great view. It's well equiped with new dishes including a dishwasher and washing machine. Our flight was late so David was very attentive and gave clear instructions to take the keys.
