Very very good stay. Spacious apartment with private access. A big balcony in the front. Fully loaded kitchen with all other facilities like washing machine, air conditioning etc. Amazing location right in front of tram stop. And on top of it a very gracious and welcoming host.

The location is close to beach, tram/bus station and super market. The host was kind and the apartment has everything you need.

The apartment is well located to the airport and St. Augustine station from where you can take a train to Cannes, Monaco, etc. Well equipped, 2 bathrooms, towels, fridge, stove, iron, microwave etc but not well insulated and you can hear noise from the street as well as planes landing/taking off but generally after 11pm the traffic slows down and can sleep. The host and his wife are very kind. I recommend this apartment and would stay there again on my next trip.
