Decoration and facilities are perfect, location is great, easy walking to anywhere. The landlord is very nice gave us useful information to better experience Nice.

The apartment is in a great location, clean, tidy and everything is beautifully and tastefully furnished, spacious and bright. It is clear that attention to detail was paid. The owner made an effort and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Easy communication about picking up the key and all the necessary information. Everything you need to prepare meals is in the kitchen. We were also pleasantly surprised with coffee, tea, spices and all kitchen appliances are there to make your stay easier and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, even in the living room. Also, all the cosmetics are in the bathroom, which is separate from the toilet, which is actually not bad. There are a couple of great restaurants and bars below the apartment. Flat is close to the center, close to the beach, relatively close to the train station, great really. The apartment is highly recommended by our small group. 😊

The apartment is in an ideal location, 2 steps to the promenade, close to the old town, a store with food and many cafes. The apartment is large, beautiful, it is nice to just spend time in it. The kitchen has everything you need: utensils, coffee. The hostess prepared for us a bottle of wine and water. Thank you! Always was in touch if there were any questions.
