location is amazing, 2 minutes from Promenade des Anglais and Ruhl Plage, close to all the restaurants, stores and walking distance of the train station, place Masséna and Nice Old Town. The studio has a great washroom/shower and a washing machine, which is great after long days at the beach !

Great location !! Apartment was small and basic but all you need. Location made up for it.
