It’s 2 minute walk to the beach. It has a washing machine and dryer, the living area is spacious

Clear instructions where to pick up keys. Lock box would have been easier although not practical with gate etc ! Great location. Parking spot perfect and all felt secure. Smart TV a bonus.

Perfect location for few days exploration of Nice. Close to promenade, shopping. Free secure parking. All amenities to have a comfortable stay with family. Bakeries, shops, etc. are close by.

The location was perfect. less than 5 minutes from a tram station, and about the same to the beech. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Not many bars, although this didn't bother us. A local Carrefour, again only a few minutes away, meant we were easily able to stock up with what we needed. Communication with Salvatore was always helpful and quick, and Tanya at the office (key pick up) was friendly and informative. The property was much bigger than we had expected, and it was fully stocked with all we required. Property was secure, with it's own parking space available, although we didn't need it.
