I liked that the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent as we were able to walk to our event. And the room was clean, quiet and spacious.

Hotel was in a good location with easy walk to bars & restaurants, sky wheel, Hardrock cafe, Casino etc. You could walk to rainbow bridge, American falls & Hornblower boat trips. A little further to horseshoe falls and further again to the power station museum around 20+ mins. Hotel was clean, room was a good size & staff friendly & helpful. It has a small pool & hot tub , gym & guest laundry. River view rooms have a great view of firework display @ 10pm in summer.

Location is ideal for a walk to the Niagara Falls. Room looks Clean and tidy and good ambience.
