Staff were AWESOME and extremely accommodating on our early arrival and departure. Been made to feel very welcome during our entire stay despite being in ques with grumpy miserable tourists who treated the staff like trash! They met us post argument with a smile and did a fantastic job. The hotel is quirky and cool with plenty of spaces inside and outside to chill out of your room. Pool was lovely and refreshing

It was ok but not happy about not having A fridge or a microwave should be mantory in a hotel room. All hotes l have Stayed at before had one and we didn't have to Pay for it at extra cost. Location was far from everything we needed to do. Couldn't cancel or we would lose most the money so we had no choice but to stay. But staff was ok but kinda slow doing stuff day we came Saturday July 19th we left 11am Sunday July 20th 2025 Parking was too expensive $45 for a night is too much I regret not parking at parking lot for $15 across the street. Other than that it was a 3 out 5 stars. Thanks take care.

In the middle of most attractions. Walking distance to falls or entertainment district. Outside parking is good for larger vehicles.
