A view of the Falls is only available in specific "Falls view" rooms and cannot be accommodated upon request.Please note that a buffet breakfast is provided from May until October and an a la carte breakfast is provided from November until April, both with surcharge and upon request.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 19 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

Upon arrival, we were given an upgrade. We had previously stayed in a similar room on our last visit. So needless to say we were very happy 😊 All the staff from the parking attendees to the front staff and the cleaning crew are all very friendly and helpful 👍

Hotel location was close to the theatre, casino and eating establishments. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, which may you feel welcome.

The room was exactly like the images, and I had booked the Canadian Fallsview room - the view was spectacular. The bed was large & confortable and the room was well appointed. There was an attached restaurant for breakfast and meals, which was pretty average - youre better off going out on the town. Niagara is really expensive because of the tourist traps, so watch out where you go. Special mention to the young South Indian lady on the front desk, who was awesome (forgot her name).
