Fabulous room on the 19th floor. Breathtaking view of the Falls when you exit the lift. Room had everything you needed and Room Service was great too:)

The view from our room and the location,room was extermly clean,my only concern is the tv,they need to upgrade to smart ones,there was ppv,but $25 is a little overpriced,the breakfest buffet at the Milestone which is located in the hotel was overpriced to $85 for 2 ppl

When we checked in it was midnight, staff give us room at 3rd floor as room at higher floor was not available, we request her that we need at a higher floor, she confirmed that in the morning when guest check out and when the room is available, they will transfer us. In the morning, they informed us that room is now available at 15th floor, and we moved there. The staff is kind and very cooperative.
