The room, view, infinity pool, the location is away from crowdy areas (centre of the city), hotel staff. Very good food. A lot of SPA services.

Good hotel in the north of Nha Trang, which is bit more quite. Nice seaview at breakfast. Rooms are clean. Staffs are polite, professional and make you feel welcome. Our booking had an issue with the arrival and the team was flexible to move the booking two days back. Sally handled it very well. During the stay, Sarah had been always available with advices regarding activities in and outside of the hotel. Happy to stay there again.

We stayed in more than 10 hotels on the coast. I am sure that Boton is the best in terms of price/quality ratio. Sheraton and Intercontinental in the center are too noisy. The location here is perfect, many shops and restaurants around, quiet and pleasant. Great staff and just the experience here is perfect.

Great location, staff were very helpful, gave us a free upgrade and kept our bags after checkout because our transport was much later in the day! Room was absolutely pristine and so comfortable with a great shower and lots of added amenities, would highly recommend.
