The fine print
For reservations made at least 60 days in advance, or those for a minimum of 10 nights and above, a prepayment deposit of 20% of the total price of the reservation is required via bank transfer to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any payment instructions.Please note that all guest requests are required to be submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival and will be subject to availability.A pick-up service is available. Guests who wish to use this service are required to provide flight details, arrival time and departure time at least 24 hours prior to check-in.Buffet breakfast can be paid for at the front desk in the lobby. Please approach the friendly staff for pricing and more information.Full payment of accommodation reservation can either be made in advance via PayPal and credit card, or guests may also choose to make payment via cash upon check-in (USD, EUR or VND only).Guests are required to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when making payment at the hotel. Should you be using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to arrival:
1) Authorization letter with card holder's signature, name and contact details
2) Copy of credit card (front and back with card holder's signature visible)
