The Beresford hotel is well located near to the main town centre of Newquay. It was adequate accommodation for our short one night stay, for our further travels to a different destination in Cornwall. We didn't stay for breakfast - so cannot comment on this. The staff were friendly & helpful, also on advising the nearest parking areas & keeping our luggage secure whilst we found parking. We did not expect much from a centrally located/3star rated hotel and was not surprised. The cost is lower than other hotels in this area. Staff were happy to accept our dog with an additional charge as we expected. Overall do not expect comfort, yet the staff are friendlier than most hotel reception staff so made our stay pleasant. Otherwise linen was clean - tea & coffee making facilities is a little bonus - 🙂 Thank you

Close to centre and beach, nice friendly staff. Facilities are basic but rooms clean and location good.
