The deposit ranges from GBP 120 to GBP 210 depending on the apartment booked.Electric, gas, and water are included in the price.Guests receive 1 parking space per accommodation booked via a parking permit displayed in guests' car.Please note that the maximum number of people the apartment sleep includes any children.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 50 kilos.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Communication was very good, the apartment was easy to find, comfortable and well furnished. Having items included like shampoo, dishwasher tablets and salt/pepper was a nice bonus! The beds were very comfy as well. The view was fantastic, and we found the location very handy for the middle of Newquay.

The property was beautiful. We stepped into our apartment and was so clean and the balcony view was amazing.

Great location. Balcony was a bonus. The apartment generally had everything we needed and was pretty clean. Easy check in.
