Very accommodating. They offered to let us check in early because we were coming to surf. Super friendly and happy to chat, give recommendations, etc. The view from our room and the fire pit was incredible. Never wanted to leave. Perfect romantic getaway spot.

Great place, spacious on the ground floor on public comfortable room and breakfast room. Best view directly on the beach. Hosts were the best. Service level was TOP. We enjoyed the weekend over here in Newport ( harbour side) and the Light tower area and off course the beach in front of the B&B

Lovely room with large window overlooking the ocean. We were met with a glass of wine and a homemade dessert which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful, comfortable, private rooms on a bluff above Agate Beach. The innkeeper made everyone feel welcome, and a full breakfast every day sweetened the deal! Gas fireplace banished all chills on a rainy day.
