Fantastic location within a 2 minute walk to Newport Beach. Lovely and spacious ground floor 2 bedrooms with large lounge dining room and lovely kitchen. Nice that there was shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom and although you paid $1 to do a load of laundry and use the dryer they had laundry tablets free to use which was nice. Also dishwasher tablets were provided. 5min walk to a complex that had some great food options and a nice cafe for coffee in the morning. Very relaxed vibe to the area which we loved. It took about 30min to walk into the heart of Newport Beach but we liked the walk. Big spacious, lockable garage which you share with the apartment upstairs.
