Spacious, beautifully furnished room with a lovely outlook over the well-tended gardens. Our bathroom was massive with an excellent shower and a free-standing bath. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. An excellent breakfast is served in the elegant dining room and we enjoyed the amazing memorabilia on display. It was the perfect location to visit Cambridge, parking at the Newmarket Road Park & Ride, and we enjoyed an interesting tour of The National Stud. Every night we ate at the fabulous Unico Italian Restaurant, which is very near, and other restaurants and pubs are close by. Next time we would stay longer to explore the Duxford Air Museum and the surrounding area.
