Room was clean but mattress on the hard side. Bathroom could do with a bath mat for exiting the shower and and rubbish bin

Polite host who understood about me being late because I got lost on a long trail walk, offered me a choice of upstairs or downstairs (downstairs was very helpful as I had a huge rucksack), showed me the washing machine etc.
