The fine print
The property is currently undergoing refurbishment in corridors and some bathrooms; guests may experience light disturbance during the day. All guests are required to pay £50 damage deposit on arrival per room. This can be paid cash or card and will be returned/refunded on departure as long as no damage is done to the rooms. When booking 5 or more rooms different policies and additional supplements will apply. Great value for money. Convenient location, free parking on site, bar on site doing pub grub, close to metro station. Staff were lovely from arrival to leaving. The room is a little rough around the edges but you can't knock it for the price.

A friendly and attentive welcome at check-in. Spacious and well-fitted bedroom (double room for single occupancy) and good bathroom. I took advantage of the Resident's discount on food and drink in Bar Blanc and enjoyed an excellent sirloin steak.
