Please note last entry into the Leisure Club will be 30 minutes prior to closing time. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location between Grainger Town and the Quayside. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent value.

Great breakfast. Great staff and Michael at the breakfasts was on the ball. He looked the part and acted the part. Someone who actually loved the job they were doing.The other two females (Molly?) were very amicable. Location as a train traveller was Spot On. The architecture of the building was beautiful. They don't build them like that anymore. If I needed a Newcastle hotel again, this would be high on my list, if the price was right.
