Manager Michael was exceptional and adhered to me and my son's needs. Any issues were sorted on point. However no issues apart from lights. Which got sorted. Lovely time. Thank you. Totally recommend a stay.

I was made very welcome and the staff were really helpful pointing out local eating places and best routes etc. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Great location - 2 minute walk from Osborne Road. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Kettle provided in room - nice surprise as not listed on the facilities section of the room details. Bathroom very modern and clean.
