Size of apartment was good. Facilities were very good. Good for small family.

Fantastic one-bed flat with all amenities required. Full kitchen with all utensils required (the chocolates were a nice touch!). Washing machine good, nice sofa for chilling on. Bathroom wonderful.

The neighbourhood was rather rundown, but the building itself was a nice old house which had been well converted into modern flats. It was a great bonus that it was located close to a bus stop with frequent connections to the city centre.

The customer service was excellent, they called to check in and see if I needed anything. The location was great, cosy clean and felt safe. Enjoyed it.
