-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee
-No stag or hen parties allowed.
-No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.
-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged
-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.
-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The house is modernly decorated and has a brilliant kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink. The bedrooms are a good size, each containing two beds that can be joined or separated. The house, especially upstairs, feels homely. The central heating warmed the house quickly. It was easy to park our car almost directly outside the house. It was easy to check-in and access the keys to the property.
