Staff very friendly and helpful as we arrived at 7am, stored our luggage and got us into our rooms early as we had arrived from an 18 hour flight.

Fantastic Location, walking distance to many great New York sights. 57th Street subway station 100m from the hotel door. Very helpful staff, very clean room and serviced every day.
