Absolutely amazing hotel! Fabulous position, lovely clean and quiet room, super friendly and flexible staff, breakfast was incredible and with many savoury and sweet options freshly made on demand. Rooms were made every day, the restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices to be in the centre of Manhattan. Little additions such as the free bottle of water, the free cocktails upon arrival, the popcorn in the afternoon, a little shop with sandwiches and drinks in case of emergency made also a difference. But overall all the staff was always smiling and willing to help. The atmosphere was so relaxing that we also enjoyed quiet evenings when we remained at the hotel! You really made our stay in NY so enjoyable, thank you so so much! We will absolutely come back on our next trip and recommend VOCO to all our friends who will come to NY!

Good location. Close to the metro station. There is Essen restaurant very close to the hotel, in case someone would like a late dinner.

Location is perfect. Breakfast offer is good, although we had issues with hot drinks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciated USB ports in the room.

The hotel was clean, rooms were a decent size considering its NYC, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were also really friendly and attentive - made the stay perfect!
