Good location for getting about on foot everywhere but the immediate side roads are not safe to walk down at night. Rooms were kept clean. Check out was fast. Terrace on 3rd floor is a lovely area with good food but I was told this was an over 21s area that I only found out was incorrect on our last day, or we would have used it a lot more.

Location was amazing… we looked out directly onto the Empire State Building which had a light show every night.. the beds were so comfortable.. staff were super friendly and helpful

My daughter and I absolutely loved our corner room on the 31st floor with ceiling to floor glass windows overlooking the city !! The bar on the 3rd floor had stunning views of the Empire State Building . Fully stocked bar (for your account so did t touch it !!) and great pod coffee in the morning !! The hotel driver drove us to the airport in a great and was great !
