Location is fine, I was skeptical about shared bathroom concept, but it was not as bad. There were four bathrooms on 3rd floor where I stayed, they were cleaned periodically. Rooms were very compact with double bed fitting wall to wall and table and chair. They provide hot water as needed and towel. Very basic set up but price wise, it was fine as I did not want to spend too much money on my hotel stay for this trip

The location is great and convenient for the subway, but you get what you pay for. Its literally a bed a table and chair.
