Our family visited for my sister’s 30th birthday. The hotel is incredible - and the staff goes beyond expectations. Everyone is nice, attentive, professional and always happy to help. Rooms are beautifully decor dated and the Central Park view is unbelievable. Special shoutout to the Perrine team, especially Carmine, Massimo and Angelo + Victor for dinner. You guys rock! Special thanks also to the rest of the staff for making our stay so memorable and taking such good care of us. Also special shoutout to John and Jabir at the door and lobby. At the reception, Medvei for the smooth check-in and Kevens for the late check out. And special thanks to everyone else working at the elevators: Doris, Bisera and Mary… and also the other ladies. YOU GUYS ARE SO AMAZING! Having been to many hotels in NYC including Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, JW Essex House, Baccarat, nothing comes close to the exceptional service of the Pierre. BEST HOTEL IN THE CITY BY FAR! The service was just perfect. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY SISTERS 30TH BDAY SO MEMORABLE. We will be back very soon!

My son and I had a lovely stay at the Pierre. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable and the location is second to none. We will certainly stay here again, and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

location was fabulous as i wanted to explore Upper Manhattan. The room was spacious enough and tastefully decorated. the bed was very comfortable.

Everything is perfect: location, design and rooms, beds and service, intelligent and polite personnel. We got a free chocolate cake upon arrival because we were celebrating our anniversary there which was delicious… it was a great surprise. Will try to reserve a room here during our next trip to NY.
