The cleaning lady was super nice – she even asked one of the staff members to change the AC filter in my room because I have asthma and I was struggling. Thank you for that! She is a great example for the reception staff who were not always communicative. :) Great location, and I really enjoyed the music in the lobby. :) The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but if you want a great location for a great price, this hotel is a good option. I recommend it.

Location was exceptional and the bed was really comfortable. Given the temperatures in NYC during our stay the air conditioning came in extremely useful. The house keeping staff should be commended as they were the ones who provided the best customer service experience during our trip. They were so lovely and friendly. Rooms are soundproofed so we had a very relaxing stay and could shut out the city when we needed some peace and quiet.

Location location location!!!!! 60 second walk to Times Square!! Bed was super comfy and AC was awesome. I had my own toilet/shower too! No sharing! Staff were really friendly and helpful on front desk.
