Location on Broadway by Lincoln Centre was perfect. Close to subway and Central Park. Bed was extremely comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

the air con was so loud I had to turn it off. The housekeeping knocked on my door at 830 am which is fine but the desk should have passed on that I was going to check out at 11, which I offered when I checked in .,
