Great location, friendly staff, and a spotless, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. There were 3-4 elevators in operation, which was especially convenient for staying on a higher floor. They kindly stored my luggage even after I checked out. The hotel restaurant is excellent - the food was amazing.

Location is great & seen so much more of lower manhattan by staying there. The hotel deli is perfect for breakfast & there are lots of options within walking distance. Our room was cleaned daily & towels changed too.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable . Good location for us, away from the noise and chaos of Times Square, but close to the subway so we could get anywhere we needed to go, quickly..
