The fine print
Our incidental hold is $100 per night. The incidental hold is released upon checkout. The system will hold the funds until check out, before it gets released. The original authorization amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, depending on the type of card you have used.Debit and international cards tend to take longer to be released, however, I can confirm that domestic credit cards get released quicker by their financial institution.Each financial institution/bank has its own rules and regulations for this delay in the release of the funds. International cards and Debit cards do tend to take longer than credit cards to release.

The hotel is very close of Central Park, Columbus Circle and few steps to Times Square, you can take Metro around the Hotel, the location is the point to this place, around the Hotel have a lot of restaurants, stores like Macy's and others.

We stayed as a family (2 adults and 2 girls, ages 9 and 12), and the room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for the four of us. The hotel facilities are in very good condition, and the lobby is wide and pleasant, great for relaxing or waiting. The location on 57th Street and 7th Avenue is excellent — a quiet, safe, and less noisy area, ideal for those looking to rest while still being close to everything. Also, there is a metro station (yellow line) right below the hotel, which makes it very easy to get around the city. We reported an issue in the bathroom, and the staff responded quickly and effectively, solving the problem right away — great customer service. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, good service, and a peaceful yet well-connected location.

Perfect location. 2 blocks from central park and the subway is right outside the hotel. Lots of food shops around the hotel with lots of different choices. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the room was ok. The staff were friendly and helpful
