Location was excellent as a base to see all of NYC. Pool was an absolute blessing in the heat of July. Could not recommend it more for families. Rooms were small but very clean. Restaurants and bars were excellent also. Air con in room a must during the summer

Family of 2 adults and a 14-year-old. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the metro station. Many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated; the colors and decorations add character and are very pleasant. The service is very professional and attentive. Beautiful view from the bar on the 32nd floor. The pool is small but pleasant. Breakfast is ordered à la carte and very tasty. The air conditioning works very well and is easy to adjust to your needs. The area is crowded and noisy in the evenings, but the rooms are soundproof.
