Fabulous hotel! Very clean and well kept even though it’s more traditional in decor. Staff always went above and beyond to help in any circumstances. The hotel is in a brilliant location and we loved staying in the Upper West Side. Felt very safe and there was always a great atmosphere. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again!
