My regular hotel in the city, the hotel is in a great location, large rooms and an excellent shower. The hotel has a cool bar and an amazing view of the city. The design of the hotel is young and chic. The low score is given only because of the attitude of the reception staff. I have visited the hotel several times and there is no feeling of a friendly and pleasant welcome. I asked for a quiet room because there is noise and music from the bar terrace but I was not granted and it seems that something really interested him in the hospitality experience(i stayed 5 nights during the week day and the hotel wasn't full) . It is a pity that this is what spoils the hotel because it definitely deserves a score of 9

Well priced for New York, staff were very friendly and happy to help with any requests, good location and the view from the bar was great
