Staff is Fantastic, starting with Luke at reception. Milja making sure everything is perfect. Location is great! Far from crazy Times Square. Rooms are spacious and well equiped, at this traditional hotel

We chose the hotel because we were a party of 6 and had kids so we needed a place with space and a kitchenette and the hotel delivered on that . The staff was friendly, free wifi, spacious 2bed apartment and a special mention to the assistant GM Anthony who did absolutely everything in his power to make our stay great after there was a plumbing issue in our suite. There's a market across the road (not great!) and a Starbucks , CVS, subway stop , Sephora, wine shop and a Bloomingdale's outlets all within a 2-5min walk!
