The hotel was very clean and bequem, personal was super nice and very helpful. We really liked the offer of breakfast, you can order dinner as well for a very good price.

Nicole really saved our stay, after already being said check in at 15:00 we were told that if we waited a bit longer we get a better room. At first we said no as it was already 15:30 but the room given was really awful (old room on the 5th floor facing another office building with bob wires). So we went back and mentioned that we’d wait for a better room which we received an hour after on the 19th floor facing the other way.

Good location and hotel is well maintained. Room is spacious and very clean upon checking in. Impressed with the room even though it’s only rated 3 stars. Stayed in NYC at a 5 stars hotel but this hotel was much much better. The front desk CSO, Nicole was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Overall the staff are all polite and helpful
